There is no 'one size fits all' in first aid training. Different environments demand different first aid skills e.g. a mountain search and rescue team will meet different challenges to a construction team or an after-school childcare facility. COVID-19 has changed the way we live and it’s important that you have the confidence to administer first aid during the coronavirus pandemic. This is why we shape our first aid courses to your needs. And it’s why our team of qualified trainers (which includes healthcare, teaching and outdoor professionals and a UK Resuscitation Council trainer) can answer any questions you have in relation to first aid training and your day-to-day environment. All of our first aid courses comply with UK government guidance on COVID-19 and our in-person/blended learning courses are Ofqual accredited in the UK where courses are on the RQF. If you’ve got any questions or would like to run through your options for first aid training, you can contact us by clicking the link below, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 07971 298 265.
On completing her degree, Helen spent eleven years working in Paediatrics and Intensive Care Units at hospitals in Bristol, Birmingham, London and Leeds. She then trained as a First Aid Trainer and Outdoor Pursuits Instructor. The expertise and experience she gained during her hospital career helped immeasurably, and Helen now runs a successful First Aid Training company; working with clients ranging from small businesses, corporations, construction/manufacturing firms and councils to sports coaches, schools, playgroups and new parent groups. Time permitting, she still dabbles in everything 'outdoors' - whether it is instructing young people on how not to barn door on a rock face or teaching novices how to J-stroke in a canoe.Email
